Booking / Cancellation:

Full payment due at time of booking. Two night minimum required. $200 cleaning fee for all stays.  60/30 cancellation policy: 

60 days:  Full refund (minus $50 cancellation fee) when you cancel at least 60 days before check-in. 

30 days: 50% refund when you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.

Less than 30 days:  No refund when you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.

All cancellations must be made by 11:59 P.M. CST to fall under the cancellation policy.
